The Best Spanish Immersion Programs

To learn Spanish in the best way possible, you should be exposed to the language 24/7 and experience the culture. At CRLA, our objective is to offer students the best Spanish immersion programs in order for them to achieve their goals. In order to provide a comprehensive learning experience for our students, our immersion programs include intensive Spanish lessons, homestay programs with Costa Rican families, and cultural activities.

CULTURAL CLASSES

The following classes provide students with the opportunity to study Spanish and experience the Costa Rican culture.
All our Spanish immersion programs include free cultural activities in the afternoon.

LATIN DANCE CLASSES

Learn to dance salsa, merengue, cumbia, bachata, bolero, reggaeton, and other Latin dance rhythms. Practice your best dance moves, exercise, and have fun.

COSTA RICAN COOKING CLASSES

Cook typical Costa Rican food with us and take the flavors of Costa Rica back home with you.

CONVERSATION

Improve your oral skills with an extra “Conversation Hour” held twice a week. This is one of the best opportunities to meet other students, learn about our culture, share experiences and practice speaking in Spanish. You may grab a fresh cup of coffee and sit in a relaxed atmosphere with one of our Spanish instructors to learn new vocabulary and discuss various topics such as current events and cultural differences.

HOMESTAY PROGRAM

Have one of the best experiences of your life. Our Spanish immersion programs include a homestay program which gives you the opportunity to practice your Spanish and learn about our culture while living with a Costa Rican family. This is the best way to have a full Spanish immersion experience.
