Spanish Survival Course

Costa Rica is a beautiful country full of natural wonders and we would like to share it all with you. We want you to have the opportunity to explore Costa Rica while you practice Spanish. We offer all our students advice and assistance in arranging trips to all parts of the country.

With our Spanish Survival one-day course our experienced teachers will help you learn basic Spanish vocabulary, practice everyday conversation skills. You will also get travel information and tips from the locals to experience the real Costa Rica. We´ll help you make it easy for you to interact with the friendly ticos and make the most of you time in our amazing country.

COURSE INFORMATION
Course schedule:
One-day 4 hour course is available year-round daily on weekdays.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 1:00-5:00pm
Fridays from 9:00am-1:00pm
Extended weekly courses also available.

Course content:
Basic vocabulary, greetings, asking/giving directions, using numbers and money, shopping, bank, restaurant, health, travel, transportation and socializing. Use of local expressions and slang in daily situations.
Price: $60
This rate includes: course materials, access to CRLA facilities and services, wifi, tour desk and more.
Location:
CRLA is located in San José, the capital of Costa Rica. Because San Jose is situated in the middle of the country, it is by far the most convenient location, in term of point of access for traveling to all tourist attractions in Costa Rica.

Costa Rican Culture Course

Costa Rican are known for their friendliness and positive attitude. We want you to learn about our wonderful culture and experience some our “pura vida” way of life. Our staff will also provide advice and assistance in arranging trips to all parts of the country.

With our Costa Rican Culture one-day course our experienced teachers will help you learn about our culture. You will also taste the flavors of Costa Rica and learn to cook a typical dish. Then you´ll have fun while you practice dancing salsa, cumbia, bachata, reggaeton, or other Latin dance rhythms.
